MyPhotographer is a marketplace that connects clients seeking photography services with photographers. We facilitate browsing gigs, placing orders, messaging, and payments. We are not a party to the agreement between clients and photographers; we only provide the platform.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into binding contracts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
4. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the service, harass other users, post false or misleading content, or attempt to circumvent our systems. Photographers must represent their services accurately and deliver as agreed with clients.
5. Orders and Payments
When you place an order, you enter into an agreement with the photographer. Payment terms, delivery timelines, and scope of work are as described in the gig and package selected. Refund and cancellation policies may vary; please confirm with the photographer before booking.
6. Intellectual Property
Content you upload (e.g., profile photos, gig images, portfolio) remains yours. You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the platform. Our brand, design, and software are owned by us or our licensors.
7. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for the conduct of users or the quality of photography services. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyPhotographer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from any transaction between you and a photographer.
9. Changes and Termination
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.
